Established in 2002, this show gives you the tools to grow as an artist in theatre, film, TV, fashion and editorial. Classes range from ageing makeup and beard applications, to body painting and red-carpet glamour.

While a lot of the makeup there were not standard brands for a professional make up artist, Nigel was here to offer what the Pros needed! I ended up going to the booth a few times! For a store with such a large inventory, it must have been difficult to choose which products to take to the show. The next time I am in LA, I will have to visit the actual store!

The event draws in thousands of makeup artists, enthusiasts and trade exhibits sharing, presenting and procuring the best the industry has to offer. IMATS also features a museum of makeup and the Battle of the Brushes competitions.

Whether you are professional, a student or just love the world of makeup artistry, IMATS gives you the opportunity to sample a diverse mix of products, experience demonstrations and education from industry leaders. Oscar, BAFTA, and Saturn award-winning professionals can be found delivering masterclasses, such as how to perfect age-makeup applications, red-carpet glamour and body painting, while new products are often showcased and sold for the first time.

My concept for IMATS Los Angeles is being bold, fierce, elegant and unique through collaborating with make-up artists working in high end film, TV, fashion and red carpet. The Alice in wonderland sophisticated imagery will depict the main look and feel of the trade show blending developmental use of characteristics of the mixture of surrealism, fantasy art, majestic art.

As an educator, she teaches around the US, attending IMATS LA, IMATS NY, THE MAKEUP SHOW LA, THE MAKEUP SHOW NY, And most recently in EXPO BEAUTY AND MUA INTERNATIONAL, the new makeup and trade shows in México.

Currently develops her own brand, with a with a tour of workshops called THE MASTER CLASS, while doing social makeup, celebrities, runway shows, training and beauty expos in Mexico and the United States.
